Wedding, reception or other party a very important part of the celebration is the food. We have an approved list of caterers here at The Celebration Hall. Be sure to check with one of our staff for suggestions regarding this.
Some very popular choices for celebrations are little sandwiches. A very delicate chicken salad served on quarter size buns usually is a crowd pleaser. These tasty little treats are simple and budget friendly. The tasty shredded chicken is tossed with mayo, sliced green grapes, pecan or almond slivers and served on buns. You will want to have several dozen of these tasty treats.
Cheeseballs and crackers are popular additions as well. A simple cream cheese mixture with shredded cheddar cheese, shredded slice beef (comes in small pkgs) a little horseradish sauce makes for a tasty and delicious spread for crackers. Additions to this cheese ball can be made such as sliced green olives, chopped green onions, etc.
Veggie kabobs and fruit kabobs on party trays are tasty and attractive additions.
Toothpicks with cubes of cheese, grapes, pineapple or cherry tomatoes, cubes of cheese, olives, etc.,are easy to eat and require very little work in preparation.
Chocolate can be a fun addition to your party food. Some love the chocolate fountain with dippers such as angel food cake in cubes, strawberries, etc.
Nuts and mints on tables in little dishes are another nice addition.
